• Scoping and planning of necessary activities to relocate 40 servers and numerous applications without unplanned outage

• Fit-out of the new computer room, including cabinets, power, networking and other necessary devices

• Managing a combination of "lift and shift" and "application migration" activities, including the coordination of technical partners and software vendors

• Ensuring zero loss of data and maintaining data security and integrity throughout

• Demise of the old computer room, including safe termination of power and removal of core networking

• Management within a budget of $1.2M USD​
