Project Management for the design, build and implementation of the IT infrastructure within new offices for between 250 and 400 staff:

Identification of business IT requirements

Building design to ensure appropriate functional space for IT infrastructure

Development of Statement of Requirements for building IT infrastructure (including technical room design, power and cooling requirements)

Design of the IT solutions (network, wireless, voice and connectivity) with technical specialists

Specification, installation, testing and implementation of these services ready for handover to operations

Migration of servers and appropriate additional functionality (e.g. printing services)

Close coordination with the local building contractors, ensuring on-time and fit-for-purpose delivery of IT requirements

Meeting room design, including significant Audio / Visual implementation and Video Conferencing

Work on new buildings in Istanbul, Hamburg, Madrid and Rotterdam

Management within a budget totalling $8M USD for each building
