• Design and deployment of the cloud platform for the application and data storage

• Extraction and migration of data from existing systems including extensive checks on historical data integrity

• Meeting data security and cyber security standards for instrument integration and data management in the laboratories

• Management of software vendor and application development contractors

• Configuring the application to meet business requirements, and deploying to laboratories

• Migration of users and business processes with minimal business interruption

• Remote training of users on the new application

• Management within a budget of $6M USD
