Project Management for provision of IT services within a purpose-built control room in a refinery for four operating assets and office space for 600 people:

• Identification of business requirements, including the need for segregated process control and corporate networks

• Design of IT infrastructure within the building, including copper and fibre networks

• Implementation of new connectivity from the building across the site and the wider corporate network

• Remediation of existing site-wide IT glass fibre and copper cabling installation, and migration of telephony services from sixty-year-old infrastructure with zero unplanned downtime

• Coordination of AV implementation, including booking system for all meeting rooms

• Management of installation contractors, including regular site inspections

• Migration of staff and operational capability from old buildings with zero business interruption

• Management within a budget of $3.2M USD
